Matthew Dawson, who hired us on 8-24-20, took him until 9-21-20 (almost a full month) before finally returning our standard Case Questionnaire form (once hired to begin case work), just to give you an idea of what a disaster this client's case was, namely, dealing with Mr. Mathew Dawson's behaviorisms and utter lack of being realistic. After we've had ongoing investigative activities in effort to try to help this person, he then later emailed to inform that him and his wife have been put on an Indicated Status for 3 Counts of Sexual Abuse of their daughter, and he is clearly looking for someone else to blame for the situation he/she put himself/themsellves in.

9-13-20: Thank you, will do. Mr. I greatly appreciate u returning my email and as u know i told you we are dealing with some serious issues but it is not only with access the foster care network and the kids foster parents.but we are also getting backlash from all sides as i have said b4 this is a smalltown and seems everyone knows one another . We have been getting harassed almost daily seems like from all sides... We have received a termination of our lease saying that they not renewing our lease with not a reason why our lease is automatically renewed every year in june this is 6th yr here and it automatically renewed i. June we just got it last week???? No reason given now we are behind but we have been behind B4 and we have always caught up and they have never so much as said a word and now we received a letter stating noth renewing lease and want is out by the 30th of this month now they also didn't go through proper channels such as filing with the magistrate which he is another part of the story . We have had parking tickets where we have never b4 gotten any in 5yrs our house sit on corner of a county parking lot church owns house our yard is on the lot also so we can pull on our lawn and we are to use the parking lot we have gotten 3 parking tickets in 1 month over 5yrs parked in the same place and now we are getting tickets ????? Child support they are taking us for child support for our own kids and we already are behind according to domestic relations and the magistrate who is threatening to throw us in jail for her 100.00 and I 100.00 ..and also there is truancy fines for when we took the kids and left when we found out that CYS were gonna take kids . So now we jave fines for that and it is the same magistrate Hawke who jas been nothing but rude and in my opinion just a bully we missed the 1 one payment and he issued a warrent for my wifes arrest over 50.00 and neither of us has worked because of this Covid 19. Their is so much we are dealing with and we are feeling as though we are drowning and or suffocating . Mr. Scott also our relationship which was 15yrs and strong is now begging to become somewhat unbearable constantly bickering she is the only one who gets to visit with the kids and it is 1hr in person just started the other day Thursday and she gets video once a week b4 but i havent seen or spoke to my kids since February 13th...the lady who sits in on video chat supervising it won't even let my wife so much as mention me to kids .. or the kids ask about me and if they do she interjects with " let's keep it positive" . So they are being censored to brainwash them of me!!! And they wouldn't let my kids take stuff my wife took them of theirs toys clothes etc. etc. Which really upset our 2yngst girls. honestly dont know how much longer we can stay afloat seems like we are sinking fast as court is 18th and oir atttorney says he doesn't think that us foing in there and challenging them on everything they have done is a good idea he said would b a waste of time and money. And idu this thinking because if we do and as i know and my wife knows that it is quite obvious that there is now reason period that any of this should be happening even Ray Charles could see it . So the judge let it go it says 1 thing and 1 thing only that the judge is complicit ALSO! Josh Camson oir attorney wants to see how she is he saod he wants to feel her out weel in knowing how its been up to this point u would think if judge was on rhe up and up she would have immediately dissmissed the case but she hasn't so that is all u need ... He also said lets see what services they want yous to do ???? Why we have done nothing wrong . So why are we gonna see what they want us to do??? Mr. Scott please i understand that you are busy and you have other clients who probably need your attention also we are getting the paperwork done right now but i am worried have have been taking to long.. it has been hectic here we are running around we are trying to figure out how to keep our home for when the kids do come home . And trying to keep myself and my wife from going to jail for our kids not going to school because we kept them from being kidnapped and both of us outta jail for not paying child support for our own KIDS. Our kids cry at the end of every visit and then continuesly ask when can they come home. We tgought we had the right attorney and now it seems like a waste he says it has ready been entered as fact so not going to do any good well that should tell hime right ther judge sletvold is not a just judge and we should b moved to a different venue due to my wife's ex-husband who works with CYS and goes in front of the judge sletvold almost every day... Mr. Scott you are are last and only hope . We are already feeling defeated now that our attorney says those things we are lost everything we have and every penny we have has gone to yous and attorneys. So when i say i hope you are and will be our ace im the whole i mean it u are our only hope...and i dont like to put all eggs 1 basket or i hope u are legit and u dont take that the wrong way but we are scared and lost we dont know who to believe trust or anything . I really appreciate your time and consideration for this case as i know and im aware that im a bit of a talker so please excuse the length of this email im hoping to finish up the paperwork in a little bit. Mr Scott if u have a free moment sometime could u please do like a zoom chat or a duo chat ... Mr.Scott i dont even know where to begin accept my apologies for the delay in the questionnaire. This wasn't easy as my wife's the only one who has had contact with the ppl from CYS and our kids . As i said b4 they have stopped me all together from any contact whatsoever . So this was pretty much left up to my to get this done and as i can tell you it was very very difficult to get her to do it .
Ok so also i really wanted to get u the info you needed but as i said it was very difficult to get her to write it down as she just has a difficult time reliving all this and if is really hurting us as a couple almost 15yrs and we are almost about to throw in the towel ..
We were hired on 8-24-20, and here is an email from Mr. Dawson on 9-23-20:

From your last email, I would like to ask of you and Ms. Dawson, another task:
1. Please email your attorney Josh Camson, stating that you both fully authorizes full release of all case information and case confidentiality, to private investigator Jon Scott, who will be contacting him soon in attempt to collaborate on the case, and also a request to keep Investigator Jon Scott's participation in helping with the case, confidential.
Please let me know when that email was sent, and you are also welcome to forward me a copy of it to [email protected].
I would also like to know how the last court proceeding went, if you would please write me back to let me know what happened.
I was also unable to either open those attached files, or view them. It kept throwing an error message.

Summary:
We have taken quite significant time to examine all information of this case, including long emails from Mr. Dawson that were not easy to read and were quite tangential, non-productive, and poorly communicated. We have issued multiple tasks for our client to complete towards helping reach case goals, (where it took almost a month just to receive back the answers to our standard Case Questionnaire form). We had several ongoing phone calls to discuss the case and our investigative plans, and as Mr. Dawson continued to become very difficult to communicate with, and from receiving continued negativity towards us from Mr. Dawson, thus not being able to reasonably work together as a team for ongoing goals, we then furnished our findings up to that point, to Mr. Dawson in our investigative reports emailed to him. This is Mr. Dawson's retaliation for him not hearing what he wants to hear in our report, and not accepting our 100% honest reporting. The above email shows the type of person and case we were dealing with, and just our Activity Report alone on this case holds over 26,000 words of case related information, and Mr. Dawson claimed on reportscam.com "Took money and disappeared" "and we have not been contacted". Our file also shows phone calls with Mr. Dawson on 9-25-20, we had a long phone call with Mr. Dawson, and another on 10-7-20 that lasted 36 Minutes, and 12-16-20 was our last attempt to help this client with our email:
