A PLEDGE TO HELP EVEN MORE:
The costs of hiring a highly specialized legal private investigative team for expert help with a CPS case can be financially out of reach for many depending on the circumstances and legalities involved, which translates to fewer good parents being able to afford the best legal investigative help available. That is why as of the beginning of 2025 and going forward, I, Inv. Jon Scott am pledging to use my other highly skilled and experienced talent in trading United States securities, which is known as a very lucrative form of income when successfully (keyword: when) done. My stock trading learning came from at least two (2) fully established and verified multi-millionaire very successful traders who are also excellent teachers.
I am currently GREEN in my stock trading account(s) on this year of 2025 and plan to spend only a minimal amount of time per day in that endeavor to not sacrifice the time needed to handle all of our client cases with the same comprehensiveness, care, time, and attention as always, with a goal to keep making that account greener and greener like many other millionaire stock traders do also, to the amount of $500,000.00 net (minus taxes and related business costs and expenses).
What this pledge means for my clients is my interest not to just provide a full refund of the service fee paid to hire me for their CPS case, but to also look into any reasonable financial needs the client may have that are related to or associated with their CPS case. For example, if I find out my client had to pay unfair amounts to CPS for child support, lost their job due to CPS demanding them to attend counseling, meetings, court hearings that have interfered with that person's income, time out of a work day for child visitations, and a variety of other reasons why a person could use some financial help pertaining to their dealings with an unfair and civilly wrongful CPS case - and if I believe the client is very much struggling financially after I produce $500,000.00 net day trading stocks, as a result of one or more stated financial jeopardies cooccurring.
There are many reasons why not only am I super passionate about helping my clients with their CPS cases, but also very passionate about trading stocks successfully. Trading stocks for a profit successfully is extremely difficult and I enjoy difficult challenges that are also very rewarding. There are strong similarities with succeeding in profitable stock trading and the challange of helping people successfully with their CPS cases. Both can be very difficult and challenging at times for me however, that's what I signed up for and the harder the challange, many times the reward is just that much greater. I have also destroyed an internationally rated chess computer on one of the hardest levels several times - which also goes to my resume for my relentless will to help my clients win, succeed, and find justice.
My pledge is to consider helping any of our clients financially at my full discretion and choice with no guarantees whatsoever, and would only be considered if I feel that the professional working relationship between myself and client(s) have been mutually respectful, kind, courteous, and without any negativity towards me for my reasonable efforts to help him or her with their CPS case, when I have documentation of reasonably trying to help him or her. Kindness, appreciation, and respect for my efforts goes a long way towards my motivation to help my clients. A CPS attorney cannot offer any guarantees of case results, and we as state licensed private investigators who secure evidence and prepare it in many ways as an attorney can do, we cannot offer any guarantees of results either.
This again is a pledge, wish, and hope I have for helping my clients not only for FREE, but to then to go even further with my wish to help those financially whom I believe can truly use the help from the negative financial affects that a CPS case had on him or her and/or their child or children.
Clients will not and shall not have any financial interest whatsoever in my pledge to offer any refunds of any payments whatsoever, nor of my help to him or her financially whatsoever, which means they can only count on hiring me for my best efforts to help him or her and their child or children's CPS case, with no obligation at all to refund any service fees paid whatsoever, nor to provide any financial help whatsoever. Clients also need not and shall not make any inquiries as to the status of my trading profitability since again, $500K Net is still a long road ahead if even possible, and the client again should have no vested interest in the outcome of my income and/or profitability, as this is not an investment club, but once again, only my pledge and showing of my will and intentions to try to do even more for the families in need of the best possible legal investigative help for their CPS cases, and for any financial help to be considered as a gift from me personally, completely separate from investigative activities or services .
Donations to our GoFundMe will be applied to helping reduce our highly specialized legal investigative service fees for new clients needing help with their CPS cases. Those funds will not be utilized for my stock trading venture until they are first reasonably applied for helping one or more new clients with a significantly reduced service quote than the average for their case (with consideration of all legalities, difficulties, jurisdiction, venue, any criminal charges, how long the case has been open, how many parents and children involved, reference to other similar cases we have worked on, and estimated time we would need to actively be involved in the case).
The same type of pledge still also applies for any major monetary reward we are entitled to and collect, from any civil suit that our client wins or settles, that pertains to the CPS case we have been hired to investigate, secure, and prepare evidence for.
